CarGetGo (“we”, “us”; San Francisco, CA · CA Dealer Lic# 81725) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store, and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to cargetgo.com, our Telegram bot (@cargetgobot) and Mini App, and our services. By using the bot you accept this policy and our Terms.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, phone number, Telegram username and account ID, your chosen language, and the details of your requests — cars you ask about, purchase, rental and halal-finance applications, listings you submit as a seller (including your vehicle's VIN and photos), payments, and appointment bookings. On the website we also collect basic technical data (device and usage information) to operate and improve the site.
How we use it
To process purchase, rental, and halal-finance requests; prepare agreements, receipts, and payment reminders; publish listings you ask us to publish; send service notifications and new-arrival alerts (which you can switch off in the bot at any time); and communicate with you about your car. We do not sell your personal data.
How we store it
Your data is stored securely on our service infrastructure and kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted.
Sharing
We share information only: with CarGetGo staff; with the other party of your transaction when needed to complete it (for example, connecting a buyer with a consignment seller, or a seller with an interested buyer); with the Bysmillah platform when you list a vehicle for halal financing; with service providers who help us operate (Telegram, hosting, financing, DMV, or inspection partners) and only as needed to deliver what you asked for; or where required by law.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@cargetgo.com or messaging us in the bot via 📞 Contact. You can turn off new-arrival alerts in the bot and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
